What happens after you sign up

We set up your domain, email, website, and business tools — and run them for you.

When you start a business, you’re told to get a domain, email, a website, a CRM, and a dozen other tools — then left to wire it all together yourself.

SuiteFound sets everything up under your own domain and runs it for you. One login. One invoice. One company responsible when something needs fixing.

A person sets you up

Every signup includes white-glove onboarding. A real person configures your domain, connects your email, and sets up the tools you choose. There’s nothing to install, nothing to configure, and no setup fee — it’s part of the price.

If SuiteFound isn’t right for you, there’s a 30-day money-back guarantee — and we’ll help you move wherever you’re going.

We start with your domain

Register a new domain, transfer the one you have, or keep it where it is and point it our way — we handle all the technical records either way. Your website loads, your email routes correctly, and every tool you add gets its own address on your domain automatically, secure padlock included.

Your domain stays yours, in your name, always.

Email that actually lands

We connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 at your own domain and configure the records that keep your email out of spam folders. Then we keep watching: a plain-English dashboard shows what’s delivering, what’s not, and whether anyone is sending email pretending to be you.

Most providers set up your inbox and leave the rest to you. We don’t.

Your business tools

Website, CRM, team chat, scheduling, invoicing — choose what your business needs from a small catalog we run ourselves. Each tool lives at an address on your own domain, like crm.yourbusiness.com. Where a tool supports it, it’s one login — the same one you use for SuiteFound. Where it doesn’t, we say so plainly and set it up for you anyway.

Everything is portable. If you ever leave, you take your data and your domain with you — that’s a promise we build in, not a favor.
