The rules for using SuiteFound.

By accessing or using SuiteFound, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
SuiteFound is a managed business platform that provides domain registration, DNS management, email configuration, and open-source application deployment. We handle the technical operation of these services on your behalf.
Billing is monthly or annual via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. We do not issue refunds for partial months, except within our money-back guarantee window for new accounts. Founding member rates are locked for the life of the account. Domain registrations are non-refundable. This is because payments with top level registries (such as Verisign) are processed immediately and cannot be reversed. Once a domain is successfully registered or renewed the sale is considered final. Domains can be transferred out at any time, subject to additional domain transfer regulations, such as transfer cool-down periods.
You own all data stored in your account and applications. SuiteFound has no rights to your customer data beyond what is necessary to operate the service. You may export your data at any time.
We commit to commercially reasonable uptime and will provide advance notice of planned maintenance. We are not responsible for outages caused by third-party providers (Google, Microsoft, AWS). Operational status will be communicated via our status page.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuiteFound’s liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We will provide 30 days’ notice before making material changes to these terms. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
